Let Water Works Car Wash do the work! We are dedicated to lending a helping hand to non-profit organizations when they are raising money for a charitable cause. Raise money for your organization’s needs in a short period of time.

HOW IT WORKS

We supply your organization with special Fun Raising Prepaid Washes. The Full Service Wash Tickets provided are identical to what supporters would pay at any Water Works location. You can expect to make about $10 per wash sold. Sell as many as you can and keep 50% of the proceeds for your group. You will have a up to a Month sales period after which you will return any unsold washes and payment for the washes sold. We have a simple program with big results for your organization. And best of all everyone needs a clean car!

There is no prepayment required but there will be a hold on a Credit Card to assure payment and return of unused Wash Tickets. A Credit Card may be waived for a Non-Profit 501c3 organization.

Schools – Community Projects –Church Groups – Local Service Clubs – Military Organizations - Athletic Teams – Any Non Profit Organization

PROGRAM DETAILS

• The Organization is fully responsible for Wash Tickets while in their possession.
• When the sales period is completed bring back unsold Wash Tickets and a check for 50% of the profits! You only pay for the Wash Tickets sold and will not be charged for those returned.
• Water Works Wash Tickets never expire.
• Each organization is allowed to participate in the program one (1) time within a 12-month period which must be approved by our Fun Raising Team.
• Decide on a Month when you would like to run the program. Please provide us plenty of notice so we can meet your request. Some months may not be available.
• Indicate how many washes you intend to sell. Restrictions may apply.
• Washes may not be sold on the premises or near any Water Works location.
• Each organization must complete a New Water Works Car Wash Program Application each year and be approved for participation. You will be contacted after submittal.
• Sign a simple Water Works Fun Raising Agreement and supply a Credit Card when you pick up your Washes.
